We are proud of our products and want you to be satisfied using them.
If you feel you did not get a “fair value” from your product, return it.
We will replace it, refund your money, or credit your account.

Please include a note inside the package providing your contact information, your order number and if you would like a refund or exchange.
If your item has been used, please call us at 800.521.6893 to discuss the best options for replacement and shipping. Certain situations may arise where only partial refunds will be granted.
Once a return is received and inspected, a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. If there are questions and/or concerns we will contact you either by phone or email.
We highly recommend that any returns are sent through a service that allows tracking of the package. This will help ensure that your package has arrived appropriately.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 days after receipt of the item to be cleared through the banking system. If this amount of time has not passed, please continue waiting.
We also recommend that you log in to your credit card account and try doing a search for “Tools”, “T&T”, “Square” to help locate any refunds.
